The scope of use of evaporative air cooler ducts
Evaporative air cooler ducts can be used in industrial plants and greenhouses, such as chemical plants, shoe factories, garment factories, hardware factories, mold shops, chicken coops, pig houses, cow sheds and vegetable greenhouses.

4 advantages of plastic air ducts for air coolers
Corrosion resistant and rust-free
The evaporative air cooler duct has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and no rust. In chemical plants, steel ducts are not suitable because corrosive gases can quickly damage the ducts. Therefore, plastic ducts are more suitable for use in chemical plants or factories in coastal cities.
Easy to install
Evaporative air cooler ducts have modular components. The components only need to be assembled together with simple self-tapping screws. Its lighter weight is also conducive to the lifting work of workers.
Lower costs
The material cost of plastic ducts is lower than the cost of steel ducts. The easy installation of plastic ducts also helps to reduce the cost of installation.
Easy to transport
The plastic ducts of the evaporative air cooler can be stacked together for transportation. Plastic ducts have a smaller transport volume and lower transportation costs.
Parts of plastic air cooler ducts
Air cooler mounting bracket
There are two types of mounting brackets.
One is a stationary air cooler for air volumes from 18000cmh to 25000cmh. The bracket is made of 4*4 angle iron.
Another mounting bracket is a stationary air cooler for 30,000cmh. The material is made of 6*6 angle iron.
Air cooler reducer
Air cooler reducer is often used for the connection between the side discharge air cooler and the straight pipe. It is suitable for fixed air coolers with air outlet size of 670*670mm.
Raised straight tube
The elbow of the main unit
The main unit elbow generally has 2 specifications. One is 670*670mm size, suitable for 18000cmh-25000cmh stationary air cooler. Another elbow is 800*800mm size, suitable for 30000cmh fixed air cooler.
Straight pipe
Plastic straight pipes generally have 3 specifications.
One is 800*500mm size, suitable for 30000cmh air volume fixed air cooler.
One is 650*450mm size, suitable for fixed air coolers with air volumes from 18000cmh to 25000cmh. This size is the most commonly used duct.
The other is 500*380mm size, suitable for the end of longer pipes.
Left and right elbows
Left and right elbows are often used to change pipes from left to right. Elbow sizes are generally divided into 3 types, which are 800*500mm, 650*450mm and 500*380mm.
Up and down elbows
Upper and down elbows are often used to change the direction of the pipe from top to bottom. There are generally two elbow sizes, 800*500mm and 650*450mm.
Plastic tee
There are generally two sizes of plastic tees, 800*500mm and 650*450mm.
Plastic plugs
Plastic plugs are used at the ends of pipes. There are three plug sizes, 800*500mm, 650*450mm and 500*380mm.
Plastic reducing
In the practical application of air cooler duct installation, the end of an overly long pipe needs to use a smaller pipe to avoid the problem of lack of wind power at the end of the pipe.
An air cooler with a 18,000cmh air volume can be matched with a 15-meter straight pipe. 15 meters straight pipe is best matched with 10 meters 650*450mm size and 5 meters 500*380mm size pipe.
