Why choose the ducted evaporative cooler?
Large air volume
Evaporative air coolers are based on the physical principle of evaporative cooling, which converts outdoor warm air into cold air. The air volume of the air cooler can be selective, with 5000-100000 cubic meters per hour. The characteristics of large air volume make the air cooler more conducive to the application of open and semi-open occasions.
Power saving
A 1.1 kW evaporative air cooler can cover a 100 square meter plant. It consumes only 1.1 kWh of electricity per hour.
Good effect
When the cooling system is not turned on, the temperature of the plant is higher than that of the outside due to sunlight shining on the building, heat dissipation of machinery and equipment, and human heat sources. Under normal circumstances, if the outdoor temperature is 32°C, the temperature inside the plant will reach 38°C when the air cooler is not turned on. After turning on the air cooler, the temperature in the plant can be cooled to about 28-30 °C. The perceived temperature reaches 27-29 ° C.

Cooling principle of ducted evaporative cooler
An evaporative air cooler (also known as evaporative air conditioner, swamp cooler, swamp box, desert cooler and wet air cooler) is a device that cools air through the evaporation of water.
Evaporative cooling differs from other air conditioning systems, which use vapor-compression or absorption refrigeration cycles. Evaporative cooling exploits the fact that water will absorb a relatively large amount of heat in order to evaporate (that is, it has a large enthalpy of vaporization).
The temperature of dry air can be dropped significantly through the phase transition of liquid water to water vapor (evaporation). This can cool air using much less energy than refrigeration. In extremely dry climates, evaporative cooling of air has the added benefit of conditioning the air with more moisture for the comfort of building occupants.

According to the diameter of the honeycomb hole, the models of evaporative cooling pads are often divided into three types: 5090, 6090 and 7090. Type 5090 type cooling pad has the highest density and the largest evaporation area. At the same size, the 5090 model has a better cooling effect than the 7090 model.
The air volume of the iron shell motor unit is larger
In the industrial evaporative air cooler of the same power, the air cooler using iron shell motor has a larger air volume than the air cooler using aluminum shell motor. In addition, the price of iron-shell motors is relatively high. Therefore, high-end industrial air coolers are often equipped with iron-shell motors to achieve better cooling effects.
PVC water pipe has a longer service life
PVC water pipes have good compressive and anti-aging ability and have a long service life. Under normal circumstances, the service life of PVC water pipes can reach more than 20 years. In a long-term high temperature environment, the hose is easy to age and crack, resulting in water leakage.

On the market, many industrial air coolers use aluminum wire cores and stainless steel shaft cores for water pumps. Water pumps with aluminum wire cores are more likely to burn and cause fires.

Inverter controller and remote control
In the general industrial evaporative air cooler, the 220V model has a frequency conversion function. The interior of the evaporative air cooler is equipped with a split inverter or an integrated inverter. The frequency converter can be used with a remote control. The frequency converter has overcurrent protection and overtemperature protection.

Aluminum/iron housing motor
The motors of industrial evaporative air coolers are often divided into two types, namely iron shell motors and aluminum shell motors.
Aluminum shell motors are used more because aluminum shell motors are lightweight, good heat dissipation performance and lower costs.
The shell of the iron shell motor is made of cast iron, which has the advantages of high hardness, resistance to external pressure and not easy to deform. Under normal circumstances, after the industrial evaporative air cooler is suitable for a period of time, the use environment in the machine will be relatively harsh. Iron-shelled motors are more stable in this environment.
In the industrial evaporative air cooler of the same power, the air cooler using iron shell motor has a larger air volume than the air cooler using aluminum shell motor. In addition, the price of iron-shell motors is relatively high. Therefore, high-end industrial air coolers are often equipped with iron-shell motors to achieve better cooling effects.
Drainage pump
The electric drain valve can be operated remotely from the control panel. Since industrial evaporative air coolers are often installed at height, electric drain valves are more convenient than manual drain valves.
