Why choose the energy-efficient industrial window fans?
Large air volume, power saving and good effect
The industrial window fan uses negative pressure to change the air in the workshop/warehouse. Based on the logistics principle of air convection, the fan operation is to force the indoor high temperature gas, smoke, odor and dust out of the outside, and at the same time the outdoor fresh air will be introduced into the room. A 1.1 kW industrial extractor fan can cover a 100 square meter plant.

Cooling principle of industrial window fan
When the ventilation system is not turned on, the temperature of the plant/warehouse is higher than the outdoor due to sunlight shining on the building, heat dissipation of machinery and human heat sources.
Normally, if the outdoor temperature is 32°C, the temperature inside the plant will reach 38°C when the fan is not turned on. After turning on the fan, the temperature in the plant can be cooled to about 32°C.
After industrial window fans and evaporative cooling pads, the temperature in the plant can be cooled to 28-30°C. The perceived temperature reaches 27-29 ° C.

Industrial ventilation fan blades
The fan blades of industrial ventilation fans are available in three materials: galvanized, aluminum alloy and stainless steel.

In winter, the handle of the fan louver can be manually opened so that the room can receive outdoor sunlight and air. Without the need to start the fan, the plant can still be ventilated naturally.

The fatigue resistance of the A-type triangle belt reaches 10^6 times.The fatigue resistance of the A-type V-belt reaches 10^6 times. The belt is characterized by high strength, low elongation and small length difference.
