How long do the cooling pads last in an evaporative cooler?

Among our customers, there are cases of more than 5 years of use, based on good maintenance of evaporative air coolers. In the case of heavy use, we recommend replacing the evaporative cooling pads once every 2-3 years for the best cooling effect.

How often should swamp cooler pads be cleaned?

For heavy use, it is best to perform a full cleaning of the evaporative air cooler three times a year: once in the spring before it is used, once in the middle of the season, and once before packing.
You will also need to drain the tank and refill it with fresh water at least once a month. If you are in a dusty country or region, you can appropriately increase the cleaning frequency of the air cooler.
