Scope of application of evaporative cooling pad
Evaporative cooling pad and exhaust fan systems are suitable for a wide range of applications. The system is suitable for garment factories, plastic factories, electronics factories, electroplating factories, shoe factories, toy factories, hardware factories, machinery factories, shopping malls, Internet cafes, hospitals, stations, gymnasiums, livestock farms, chicken farms, greenhouses, vegetable greenhouses and fruit greenhouses.
Water cooling pads type 5090/6090 are often installed inside evaporative air coolers and industrial humidifiers. Type 7090 water cooling pad is often installed on the wall with a exhaust fan as a cooling system.

FAQ in evaporative cooler
What is the evaporative pad?
Evaporative pad is mainly composed of polymer water paper, honeycomb structure, is produced from the base paper processing. Their cooling effect depends mostly on the material used in the water cooling pad evaporator (evaporative pad), which is one of the core cooling parts of the equipment. Please click here to read more.
How long do the cooling pads last in an evaporative cooler?
Among our customers, there are cases of more than 5 years of use, based on good maintenance of evaporative air coolers. In the case of heavy use, we recommend replacing the evaporative cooling pads once every 2-3 years for the best cooling effect.
How often should swamp cooler pads be cleaned?
For heavy use, it is best to perform a full cleaning of the evaporative air cooler three times a year: once in the spring before it is used, once in the middle of the season, and once before packing.
You will also need to drain the tank and refill it with fresh water at least once a month. If you are in a dusty country or region, you can appropriately increase the cleaning frequency of the air cooler.
How do I know if my swamp cooler pad is bad?
The damaged water curtain paper has mold, cracking, water leakage and blockage, which will cause the cooling effect of the air cooler to deteriorate. This will prompt you that you need to replace a new evap cooler pad.
How do you clean evaporative cooling pads?
First, turn off the power of the evaporative air cooler. Then, remove the cooling pad from the air cooler and use a water gun to rinse the cooling pad.
Please pay attention to the strength of the water gun to avoid excessive force and damage to the air cooler pads. Finally, clean the dust screen of the air cooler. Dry the evaporative pad and dust net naturally and put it back into the air cooler.
Can you leave evaporative cooling on overnight?
You can keep it running 24/7 until the hot spell ends. You can turn the air cooler on to fan only over night if the night temperatures are in the mid 68℉/20℃ or keep it running over night if the temperature are close to 86℉/30℃.
At what humidity do swamp coolers stop working?
Evaporative coolers are most effective in high temperature (85°F/29.5℃ or more) and lower humidity (below 50% relative humidity) situations. Evaporative coolers are least effective in lower temperature (below 75°F/23.8℃) and high humidity (above 60% relative humidity) situations.
FAQ in fan pad cooling system

How does a fan and pad cooling system work?
The working principle of the fan and pad cooling system is that the exhasut fan extracts the hot air from the room and accelerates the evaporation of the cooling pad. After the outdoor hot air passes through the water cooling pad, it becomes cold indoors.
The fan pad cooling system needs to be installed in a relatively confined space. It is widely used in various greenhouses and chicken coops.
What humidity level is too high for evaporative cooling pad?
Fan pad cooling system is most effective in high temperature (85°F/29.5℃ or more) and lower humidity (below 50% relative humidity) situations. Fan pad cooling system is least effective in lower temperature (below 75°F/23.8℃) and high humidity (above 60% relative humidity) situations.
How do we install a fan pad cooling system in greenhouse?

What are the 4 factors affecting the performance of evaporative cooling pad?
There are many factors that affect the cooling effect of evaporative cooling pad. Water temperature, cooling pad wind speed, pad structure and area, and cleanliness and other factors are very important for the coolinWg efficiency. Please click here to read more.
